Attorney Kate Garcia

Garcia grew up in Colorado and attended Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction, Colorado for her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice. She then attended the University of Kansas School of Law in Lawrence, Kansas for her Juris Doctor.

Kate concentrates her practice in family law, has experience in juvenile law, and she is certified as a Guardian Ad Litem.

Outside of the office, Kate enjoys spending time with her family, friends, cats Lil Peep and Prairie, and her dachshund Mimi. She loves college basketball, college and professional football, and traveling for concerts.

Kate treats each case with individualized focus and empathy. She believes every client deserves the time, attention, and care that is needed for
success.

Attorney Brendan Davis

Brendan Davis attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio for his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Loyola University St. Louis School of Law for his Juris Doctor.

Prior to starting his own firm, Brendan managed a large, multi-jurisdictional consumer law firm. He is now bringing all he learned to his own practice to help secure and protect his clients’ futures.
